CareCo  Apartments, Inc. is an apartment training facility for the developmentally delayed.  Our single facility is a two story five-plex, meaning there are five apartments – two on the upper level, two on the ground level, and one on the garden court level.  Each apartment has two large bedrooms suitable for one-two Residents; one full bathroom; a fully equipped kitchen; and informal dining area and a comfortable living area complete with tasteful window coverings, phone, cable TV, stereo, couch and stuffed chairs.  Computer access is also available if desired.

CareCo  Apartments, Inc. is located at 61XX Carmen Av,  Inver Grove Heights, in Dakota county Minnesota.  Our Facility sits on over one acre of land bordered by small horse farms complete with white board fence and the occasional crowing of a rooster.  Inver Grove is a safe and well-established suburb south of St. Paul, which is the capital city of Minnesota.
